At Saraswati Vidyamandir (SVM Classes), we strive to deliver the highest quality coaching experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which fee refunds may be granted.
The orientation is completely free of charge. No payment is collected before a student's admission is confirmed.
An admission fee is collected at the time of enrollment to confirm a student's seat in a batch. This fee is non-refundable once the admission process is complete, regardless of when a withdrawal request is made.
If a student wishes to withdraw within 7 calendar days of their first class (excluding the Free Orientation), they may request a refund of the tuition fee paid for that term, less the admission fee and any applicable deductions for study materials already provided.
No refund of tuition fees will be issued for withdrawals made after 7 days of joining, as seat allocation, batch scheduling, and academic resources have already been committed for the student.
In the case of a serious medical condition or other genuine exceptional circumstance, please contact us directly with supporting documentation. Management will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant a partial refund or course credit at its sole discretion.
Students may request a batch transfer (e.g., change of timing) subject to seat availability in the desired batch. Batch transfers do not attract additional fees unless there is a fee difference between batch types. Batch transfers are not equivalent to a withdrawal and do not entitle the student to a refund.
