Our fee refund terms for Saraswati Vidyamandir coaching services.
This policy explains how seats are confirmed and how fees are treated at Saraswati Vidyamandir (SVM Classes). It applies to Class 9 and Class 10, for both offline and online students, unless stated otherwise below.
The orientation is completely free of charge. No payment is collected before a student's admission is confirmed.
SVM does not charge any separate admission or registration fee.
A seat is confirmed only on payment of the first (April) installment, and only subject to seat availability at the time of payment. Filling a form or booking an orientation does not reserve a seat. This applies to new students and to existing students moving from Class 9 to Class 10.
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as described in Section 4.
For first-time admissions to our offline (classroom) batches, a 100% refund of the April installment may be requested if the student is not satisfied with our teaching, on these conditions:
This guarantee does not apply to online students, to students continuing from a previous session, or to any installment other than April.
